Coaching

Our coaching programs are designed to focus on relevant topics shifting away from old “belief systems” and outdated ideas. Leveraging the unique contributions, diverse capability and innovation within our clients to achieve desired results. We provide both individual and team services, workshops and assessments.

Additionally, as a Veteran-Owned Small Business, we like to focus on transitioning female enlisted active duty service members and veterans with their next journey to Government agencies, private sector or entrepreneurship. Embracing the philosophy of Transition Results in Unlimited opportunity 2 Yield your Own Unique journey, TM we design coaching programs specifically recognizing potential challenges that individuals may face while navigating transition.

The 6-45 minute individual or group transition coaching programs recognizes will
focus on mindset and developing strategies for immediate confident action for
shifting to the civilian workforce or entrepreneurship.

Know Yourself - first steps to knowing who you are by exploring personality type,
identifying personal strengths and values.
Express Yourself - tools to express your true self.
Your Stride - leveraging the tools to take ownership of your destiny.
We also can assist members and veterans with financial budgeting 101; resume
writing; interview questions and responses; and, more.

For most newly promoted supervisors, transition from peer to supervisor can be very difficult. Many are not equipped with the tools or soft skills required to successfully lead a team.
