About the Founder
Bonita Hilliard is the Founder and CEO of Tru2YouCoaching, LLC. She is an Executive Coach, Change Practitioner, and Trainer with more than 30 years of combined military and Federal government leadership experience. Bonita holds an MBA, is a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Stakeholder Centered Coach (SCC), and an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC). Her expertise spans financial management, organizational development, leadership strategy, and culture transformation.
After successfully transitioning from active duty to federal civil service, Bonita devoted her full-time work to Tru2YouCoaching—bringing her deep experience in leading change, developing others, and fostering inclusive cultures to leaders across sectors.
