About the Founder
Bonita Hilliard is the Founder and CEO of Tru2youcoaching, LLC. She is an ICF designated Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Marshall Goldsmith Certified Executive Coach, an MBTI® Certified Practitioner, and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner.
Ms. Hilliard successfully transitioned from active duty to federal civil service before devoting her full-time work as CEO of Tru2YouCoaching, which uniquely positioned her for professional coaching. Ms. Hilliard’s extensive background in Federal Financial Management included working in financial analysis, budgeting, risk and internal controls, financial reporting and supervision, and strategic leadership for a wide range of programs.
Collaborative Leadership Style
She used the collaborative leadership style and facilitation approach to include initiatives for individual development, team building, and conflict resolution workshops. In addition, as a Prosci® Change Management Practitioner, she successfully introduced a culture of coaching initiative at her organization to help manage the people side of change throughout the localized transformation.
As a member of the Federal Coach Network, her clients included various agencies within the Federal government and participants in the Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP), Defense Civilian Emerging Leader Program (DCELP), the Federal Internal Coach Training Program (FICTP).
